41 South Consulting was established in 2025 in Canberra, ACT, by Managing Director, Brent Langham
We combine insightful planning with straightforward execution to move initiatives from intent to impact. Bringing diverse experience across private and public sectors, from national security to social policy, we apply simple solutions to complex problems in any environment.
Our name, 41 South, is a quiet nod to Brent’s roots in north‑west Tasmania - reminding us to be authentic, value trust and community, and deliver with integrity.
Brent’s background includes more than a decade in the Australian Defence Force, experience in senior management in the manufacturing sector, and complex project delivery with federal government clients.
In addition to his diverse practical experience, Brent holds a Bachelor of Business and Master of Project Management (UNSW), a Master of Business Administration (UQ) and a range of program, project and change management qualifications.
