Who we're looking for
We're building a team of talented practitioners across project, program and portfolio management and organisational change. Over the next year we're hiring at Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager level.
You'll probably have:
• experience delivering complex projects, programs or change in government or a similarly demanding environment
• the judgement to lead with the decision, the risk or the ask, and to tell a client what they need to hear
• a commitment to our values: Integrity, Client first, No surprises, Simplicity and Community
• Australian citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
We're based in Canberra, and we welcome people based elsewhere, particularly in NSW. Team members outside the ACT can expect to join us in Canberra at least four times a year.
