• Project Assurance Review (2 weeks). An independent, evidence-based view of where your project really stands, with a delivery confidence rating and practical recommendations.
• Delivery Stabilisation (6 weeks). For initiatives that are slipping: we diagnose, reset the plan and governance, and embed a cadence your team can sustain.
Whichever path you choose, you deal directly with our Managing Director, and every engagement, no matter how large or small, gets the same standard of care.
How to work with us
We’re proud to be an Australian-owned SME, which means federal government agencies can engage 41 South directly for any contract up to $500,000 (including GST) under Commonwealth Procurement Rules Exemption 17.
Similar arrangements exist for state and territory government entities, with some variation by jurisdiction. We will work with you to identify the simplest and most appropriate procurement path that balances practicality with accountability.
